Mechanical Engineering

Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research. Since its inception in 2004, the Department of Mechanical Engineering has a wide reputation for the quality of teaching and research it offers. It has been recognized for both teaching and research activities from independent and government bodies. The department currently offers B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. ACEs Mechanical Engineering Department has been providing learning and research opportunities for students, in addition to rendering consultancy services to the local industries. The department has a centre for research in Mechanical Engineering and Sciences (CRMS), which operates in collaboration with local industries association, Ambala Scientific Instruments Association (ASIMA). A memorandum of understanding has been signed with ASIMA for their technical training and product development. The excellent laboratory facilities and dedicated faculty members make this department a dynamic place to study.
